I would choose Kumala Pantai first.
Jayakarta second.
Melasti and Garden View come in an equal last... although I would never stay at Garden View again.
There are so many hotels that are beautiful around that area.
Even Niksoma is a great hotel.
I am presuming you want to stay on the beach so these hotels are great.
There are two smaller hotels which are also nice - Puri Raja and Sari Beach Inn (which I think is called something different now), it is between Puri Raja and Melasti.
