My husband has a Nokia and wanted some specific ring tone and message alert. I found it to a .wav file then used Nokia PC_Suite to transfer the .wav files to his phone (my pc has infrared and so does his phone, bluetooth would work as well). I just followed the Nokia PC Suite user guide and it told me how to do it. Then we just changed his settings to use those files. Cost - zero $
I saw in PC suite you can also transfer music from a CD, so you should be able to have a play with that. It's free to download.
