Yes hotel has Restaurant on JL Legian but not that popular. Breakfast served at restaurant at rear of property near pool. Pool is good with swim up bar. No coffee and tea making facilities in rooms but they did loan me cups. No eggs and bacon served with breakfast although eggs were avail as extra. I thought breakfast offered was pretty average. Hotel didn't replace towels in rooms when rooms cleaned. You had to ring and ask. No pool towels either but just use room towel. Deluxe rooms overlook pool area standard don't. Other than that no real difference. Rooms a little run down - but I just asked for a room change.
The monument on legian is abou 100 m - easy walk.
Rates are quite reasonable at US$32 over New year high season and no compulsory dinner. I would stay there again. Tip - some stand alone rooms - standard have just been refurbished - looked good - probably would be my choice of room.
