Try the ladies at Adopta Co op.I had polo shirts made last year with club logos.I took a computer printout of what I wanted and I had them screen printed.They will also do the embroidered logo which are a little more expensive as they have to make the pattern.The materials used are good quality and they were very reasonably priced.
