was at the Mandira last year ,good hotel on the beach,and there was a German family there and they had an elderly relative in a wheelchair and they took her everywhere they had her in the pool etc,. we thought that they were very considerate and the lady seemed to have a ball,i think that the Mandira would be perfect for you all.There were quite a lot of Asians there too,probably less Aussies than a lot of the other hotels,Padma etc.,(not that we have anything against Aussies)as we are Aussie/Scots, but just something that we noticed as for discounts,why don't you contact the hotel direct.do a google search and get the mandira website www.balimandira.com
