Unless you are printing the notes yourself,it is not a good idea bringing in heaps of Rupiah. It will cost you too much. The exchange rate at home will be so low you will be losing at least 15% of your money. Remember 100 million is $14,000(AUD), at 15% you will lose around $2,000 of this by changing it to cash outside of Indonesia. There are safer and better ways to transfer your money.
