Have stayed at the Jayakarta since it opened in the 1980s never had a problem with the food or ever had Bali Belly. The Panti is next door and looks very smart and has good reviews from here. Only Critism I have when we looked at it was the pool (one Only)wheas the Jayakarta has 3 . All the Hotels you mentioned are very good so it comes down to personal choice I am sure that any of the ones you mentiond will be good.
