Crackers bar is located at the Candi Kuning markets which is about a 90 minute drive from Kuta. It is on the way to Bedugal and Lake Bratan if that gives you a better idea on a map of where you are heading.
When facing the markets from the street walk towards the back of the market on the far left hand side. The Adopta Co-op shop [Widows of the Bali Bombing] is right next to the entrance to the 'loos' and the bar. It is a good stop over to make on a long drive if heading up to Singaraja and the markets a ok too.
Would taxi drivers know where it is....I doubt it. If you have a driver [or a taxi], just tell them you want to go to the Candi Kuning Markets. The Markets when driving are probably about [maximum] 30 minutes before Lake Bratan. Hope this helps you. cheers :-)
