It is a typical "block" style hotel. Staff excellent, over and above, like all Accor Hotels in our experience. Rooms not huge but big enough for two. Modern in style. Situation ideal if you like Kuta area. Brekkie one of the best. If you are not a smoker beware, as with most Accor Hotels very Asian oriented and a lot appear to be smokers.
Can be a little noisy between rooms, doors shutting and tile floors overhead like a lot of Hotels. Once again, asians tend to wear little "tappy" shoes that make a noise (please don't get on to me.... I'm not racist..could just as easily have said that Aussies wear thongs Lol) Lift between floors, which is a luxury!!
We always booked deluxe seaview..amazing to sit on balcony and watch everyone setting up for the day on the beach, seems like you are overhanging it!!
Love the pool, et up early and get a nice bale for the day!!!
Never stayed on HRH side, but not too bad on other side, you do hear tooting from bikes/cars etc if in seaview as on road, but nothing earplugs doesn't fix. We would stay there again and have actually stayed 4+ times. Just a little out of our budget now!!!
