its very noisy from the hard rock..(if facing the beach...) ask for a room on the opposite side from the hard rock cafe (left hand side)
the only good thing, is the location, right across the road from the beach...and have great sunset views... ask for a floor higher than the 3rd..because the 3rd floor is inline with three height...
the pool also has a nice view of the beach and sunsets from the rooftop.
The food for breakfast was the standard buffet breakfast foods...
The rooms were fairly small, and quite dark...
anyway this is what we thought of the hotel, everyone is different... try and do a forum search for THE PIE PEOPLE... they stayed in the mercure and loved it :)
