We have just visited our sponsor child and her family and it was such a humbling experience to share a coconut with them (that they offered to us).Our little girl's mum was so proud of her children that she brought out their school reports to show us and yes they were in the top 10% of their class. (it's written as part of their reports). After spending time at the Learning Centre, the children are carefully chosen so that they are fully supported by their families in regard to their education. I was so impressed with the whole set up of the HFF and fully encourage anyone who is thinking of sponsorship to just DO IT. At $120 Aud it makes a world of difference to the children and their families. The HFF not only cares for the sponsor child but makes sure all is ok wiht the family and will supply supplies (eg mattresses etc) at the foundations expense. Nyomen and his team are such an inspiration. If anyone has any further questions about our expereiences feel free to email.
