I have just come back from bali with my 5th tattoo (3rd done in Bali) and I would suggest getting it done on your last day - after all your swimming is done. I have had work done by Mr Dolphin, Robin Tattoo and Budda Tattoo in Bali.
Optimum healing conditions include - no swimming - surf or pool - no sun, no saunas or steam baths - for several days.
