If you want the best tattoo's in Bali you have to go to Robin's Tattoo parlour on Jalan Padma Utara, it is a alley way next to Loji supermarket. When you get there ask for Made he is the best. My wife and I had our tats done in July 2006 and Nov 2006 and when we get back in March 2007 we are getting more. My wife had the best frangapani tat done it is stunning. Have the best time.
