Both are at the Jimbaran area 4 seasons is more upmarket and up on the hill a bit from the Intercontinental, i have stayed at the Inter and it was good ,not cheap either i think for a couple "romantik" etc., 4 seasons would be quieter as the inter is pretty busy,personally i think they are both too far out and much prefer the Padma or the Mandira in Legian.
