bali international sports cafe which unfortunately i can't remember the name of the road,but it is on a road that leads straight to the beach at sanur ,not far from the sindhu markets. ask someone there and they will either tell you or drag you into one of their shops!!
i don,t think either place will be open that early in the morning though!!
