You have mentioned the International Sports near Sindhu beach,in a post a litle bit earlier. They would have the satelite reception but I doubt that Tom would be out of bed at that hour of the morning.
At the southern end of Sanur near the Sanur Beach Hotel(you have mentioned that you might stay there) is the Bali Senia Hotel, wander in there the day before and have a chat with the owner (Pete). I am sure that he would organise it for you.
