I am a shoe freak, and I always buy heaps of shoes when in Bali. The best place for really high heels is The Bali Galleria near Kuta. There are about 3 or 4 really upmarket shoe shops there, not too expensive compared to NZ or I am sure Aussie. Good luck. Cheers Carol
