If you go to Bali Spirit Hotel's official website, on the 'contact us' page is a map of their shuttle bus route. Enlarge the map. Singakerta is to the west (left) of the hotel, towards the petrol station, at the juntion of the road leading up to Campuan.
I don't know exactly where the hotel is from there, but judging from the photos, it looks like it is on the river gorge, so fairly close to the Bali Spirit.
