My family and friends ( 12 of us ) are staying at the Bali Garden Hotel in Tuban in March. It is across the road from the Waterbom Park (which is a great place to go to either just relax or go full on). It is our first time to this hotel and most reports i've read about it are good. Particularly the food and drink prices, friendly staff & great pool. The price should fit in to your budget quite well and the deluxe rooms are the better located ones to get.
