Although Im not Filo, I think you can safely assume that they would not have reached the Bali Hai by Feb 18, although dont quote me on that! If you scroll down I have answered your post regarding the beach, as it was told to me by one of the Managers of the Patra. I think your best bet would be to ring the Bali-Hai and ask them for any information they may have. Like I said in my previous post - according to the guy I was talking to they are reclaiming the whole strip down as far as Legian is what I was told.
