I have found that the Green Garden Resort (across from the Bali Hai)in Tuban is the best, i have stayed there numerous times, and would recommend to anyone. In fact, we had visitors who wanted to stay at the Bali Hai, and did, and after seeing our rooms and eating at the restaurant at our hotel, they promptly checked out of the Bali Hai and into our hotel. Great prices, staff, location. Check it out on the web if you like. Hope it helps.
