Okay guys this is what I know... apparently they are doing the whole strip - the guy we were talking to said they were doing it all the way around to legian. The low tide at the moment is off an evening/night. It is a project which is jointly funded by the Japanese/Indonesian government. I know all the equipment and some of the operators they are using are from Japan. I dont think they will be at the Patra for a year - I would hope not!! I did see the blueprint of what they envisage and I have to say it looks really nice. Hope that helps!
