Bali Rani II - anyone actually seen it

Looking at staying at Bali Rani or the new one down the road. As far as location goes the Bali Rani suits and have stayed there before. But has anyone seen the new hotel and it's layout etc. Any info appreciated. There is only US$5 per night extra for the new one as far as rates go.
