If you are in the Sanur area there is a stand in front of Hardys supermarket that takes orders. I had one done in dec of a friends dog, as a xmas pressie, and she was really chuffed.I didnt have the photo with me it was back at the hotel so they organised a motorbike to take me to my room to collect it and took me back to Hardys. Being an older female traveller, I gave the onlookers a laugh making out I was terrified of getting on the bike. Worked out well, they got business out if it and I enjoyed the impromtu bike ride.
