I spent a week there with 2 other adults in June last year. The hotel location is great, a 2 minute walk to Garlic Lane and close to plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, shopping etc.

We stayed in a family room, which had a queen and 2 single beds in rooms separated by a sliding door. There was a split system air conditioner in each bedroom, and was the coolest air conditioning I have found in any of the hotels I have stayed in. There were also 2 bathrooms, which was handy. I would say that the room we had at the LBH was by far the best room we have stayed in (compared with Ramada Bintang, Sanur Beach Hotel etc)

As for the rest of the hotel - the breakfast is a buffet, but I didn't think much of it, the bacon was cold, the pancakes were soggy and you needed an engineering degree to work out the toaster. There are 2 pools, and neither is particularly large, but they are fine. There are whirlpools attached to both pools too.

We didn't really use any other services in the hotel, so can't comment on the rest (didn't eat other meals there, or use massage services etc). The reception staff were really friendly and helpful.

Hope that helps.
