Agree with all the above, My sister always goes to Prana, you feel very pampered and they do great treatments. Also a great place is called Chill. What can I say but Fantastic, beautiful elegant atmosphere and great treatments. Both Prana and Chill are in Seminyak. can also recommend MBR spa they are a lot cheaper than Prana & Chill. But anywhere you go they will love you for it. Though I know from experience that 4 hours is way too long, maybe 2 hours. Enjoy your trip
