if there is such a thing.Been to Bali seven times over twenty years and i have learnt NEVER to go to moneychangers in the back of tailor shops,cd shops etc.kodak shops seem to be somewhat better but even then given half a chance they will shortchange you.Always count your money patiently and without distractions such as kids and when you catch them out keep your cool and be firm,they will cough up
