I can recomend the money changer next to the front entrance (left side )of Bintang Supermart...I find him extremely honest and have rscomended many people to him.....Bintang Supermart is well known by all taxidrivers and situated in Legian Road Legian/Seminyak ..........when you arrive in Bali you can pay your Indonesian 30 DAY Visa by Credit Card or AU or US dollars but if you need cash to pay a porter or a taxi to the hotel its best to have rupiah.
