Stayed at Puri Raja for two weeks over Xmas.The hotel is great,the rooms are good,pools are good.Breakfast was very disappointing and their attitudes even worse.I like a buffet breakfast because of the variety.Their is no variety at breakfast at PuriRaja.2 eggs,toast,a fruit plate,1 sausage and coffee.Nothing more.Ask for more and was told you cant have it as youve reached your limit.Happened to a number of people and left a sour taste as we are on holiday.Their attitude stunk.TV in the rooms was rotten as well.5 Indonesian stations,1 Asian music station,the Australian station which is great for the news and documentaries on the outback and that was it.Had BBC news for a week and then they took it away.Myself and a number of others would not go back.Their are better hotels.The hotel is full of Aussies so why indo stations.It was Xmas and New Year and the place was packed.Why try and skimp on a few dollars and pee people off?
