My friend, about 2 weeks ago was ripped by the one near Bali Garden Hotel, opposite side and heading towards matahari. I was with her and the girl was quick and then denied it and we took it up with her boss there and then they all played dumb. The next day we went back as we was told to come back and see the big boss the next day, there just so happened to be a sign up on the board behind the counter stating no resposibility Mmmm not to mention that girl just happened to be sick for a couple of days (I guess she made enough to cover her days off)
