I suffer with this problem as well, when I get to Bali I go to a chemist in seminyak next to the bintang store. They give you antibotic ear drops to clear this.
If you're in Bali now go straight there and get them. They are called Otopraf isi bersih 10ml, this well do the trick.
I also take sudufed before I get on the plane to help, chew lots of mints on take off and landing.
