My freind got 1 done in kuta at mr dolphin, it came up great and quite cheap, he left it till the last day so he could swim , shower etc whilst on holidays. Maybe a 20min trip into kuta would be better that risking it at sanur. As for henna tatoos , don't go there, my son had one done and it left him with a lovely scorpion and spider scar for about 6 mths, and very painful whilst it healed anti biotics etc, Apparently something they mix with the henna to make it black is what irritates the skin.
