i agree lembongan is a great place for snorkling.
stayed at coconuts beach resort overnight,great pool,really nice rooms and the food was awesome.
costs about $100 aus each per night, includes choice of boat trip over, about 1 hour.
free lunch on arrival,free breakfast and pick up from your hotel.
snorkled the wall at penida,the mangroves or crystal bay awesome.
hire motor scooters for about $15 from the village.
no cars on the island it is very safe.
no helmuts , no police.
you can explore the island only 5k long.
dream beach is really nice,there is a underground house and best of all no one selling stuff.
