My husband and I did this about 3 trips ago. It was soon after the 1st bomb and they were only doing limited tours per week as there were no tourists. We absolutely recommend this tour and think it was the best one we'd done in Bali. The scenery and things you see are great and so much more than what we had seen on other tours.

You get to go to an area where the balinese mine and the women carry these huge bricks up so many steep steps on their heads, to a traditional home that has many different crops to illustrate what is grown in Bali, to the holy springs, up in the hills to where you have a buffet lunch and then down again through great scenery.

It was about $110 a head but well worth the money. The buffet included really nice dishes and unlimited beer, wine and softdrink. You get given bottles of water on the way and have morning tea at the traditional family home. Sorry to rave but we loved it.

When we take friends over in March this is one tour we will be hoping to do with them. Happy travelling.
