Think outside the norm, I swear by Shiatsu massage. I had a frozen shoulder & had 10 sessions with physio, told me couldn't help anymore it would just take time to heal. From the first shiatsu massage I had relief from the throbbing pain, waited for it to start again, no pain, except if I moved my arm in the wrong way. Anyway I had lots of shiatsu & my shoulder is healed. It can be painful but I am convinced it is the best form of massage available, you have nothing to loose, except your sore back. If you are in Bris I can recommend a place for you.
