When we did the Baik Bike tour it was downhill most of the way, a couple of times near the end I had to push the bike up a hill as I just couldn't ride it. Then 10 minutes before the final stop I'd had enough, my bike was put in the following ute and I got the seat in the van with the air-conditioning, the cold water and the refreshing towels. If I'd known it was only 10 minutes I may have just pushed myself...we are not all as fit as we were once!
