The area concern is in front of the Ramada Bintang that was damage by excessive high tides. The Dynasty does not have beach views, you actually need to walk down a small lane way to get to the beach and then downs some steps to the water. There is a large retainer wall that starts at Santika and goes along the beach front past BGH. Surf should not be effected as most people surf further out past the reefs.
