I have booked my next trip with New Horizons. Similar prices to other wholesalers. I am not sure where they are based but my travel agent in Perth can ring them up to 5pm but can't do this with other wholesalers, so perhaps they are. I am not using their ground transport but may take a tour with Jans tours.
