I had a work place accident on 5/1/7. My doctor prescribed anti-inflamatorys for me. Although I am still off work, I have (I think) pretty much healed. The remedial massage nearly killed me though lol! See your doc and get the tabs. Its amazing the diff it made with my mobility. you will see a huge improvement
