Booked our trip and have recieved travelled documents from new horizon holidays who use pt wisata jans tours for transfers from airport to hotel and vice versa. The documents state they will only carry you, one piece of hand luggage and one suitcase. If you have a surfboard or golf clubs they will be put in a separate vehicle at your expense and must be paid in addition to what we have alreadt paid for the transfers! How ridiculous have been 5 times before and have never heard of this happening.It may just be wording but wanted to know if anyone used this transfer company before and if they carried the board for them or if they had to send it separately and pay.
