We have never come across the poor standard of service that evl has mentioned EVER !!!
We have always found ALL the staff to be helpful and friendly and always willing to assist us.
The rooms:- previously we have stayed in the family suites that gillb mentioned - however last year it was just me and hubby so we took a Superior room which was fantastic !! nice and roomy ! always clean and right near the pool bar !!!
As Tinggading47 mentioned, for $50 aus per night you cant beat it
everyone has their own opinions though so it is your choice
