I had ordered a childs meal for my 12yr old & he was not fussed by the meatball dish he was served & so chose to eat the breadroll & cheese & choccie that was on his tray instead. (He then ate my husband's & my breadroll & cheese also!)
Must admit his meatball did not look appealing, but I did not taste it so can't say if adult or child's meal was better. What I can say, is that my 13yr old (who is the height of a 16yr old & eats everything in sight!) didn't enjoy the meatball dish when offered it by his brother either.
Sorry, not much help.... it's the luck of the draw with airline food, I think!
