Business Class Lounge in Bali

I truly loathe hanging around the airport for hours, especially when I have to end my holiday.

Just a couple of questions:

Can you still pay to enter the business class lounge at Bali airport, as was the case early last year? If so, how much?

Does anyone know if you can leave the airport after checking your luggage in & getting your boarding pass?
