I know of some people who have really nice apartments at very good price. 2 bedroom, a/c, CAN CHECK SURF FROM BALCONEY, etc.
Located right in the middle of the Bukit Peninsula which is the southern knob of land surrounded by all the best surf spots.
You'll need transportation so if you don't drive yourself, I know a very good Balinese driver who lives on the same property where the apartments are located.
I will probably also be there in July at same location, can help you out.
