Just wanted to say something positive about one of the airlines I have just contacted Qantas in regards to our seating for March 6th as was worried would not get seats together(booked two through FF and two on their website}.Phoned FF number and the young lady I spoke with was so helpful that I was stuck for words.Anyway our seats were allocated for the trip over and returning on the 25th March have seats and row numbers all confirmed.Just thought I would share an experiance that was good.
