After staying for 3 weeks at Camplung Mas. The only renovations I noted from a year ago is some of the rooms along the pool (rooms 54-65) have had a repaint and timber work touch up. Also bathrooms have had some tiles replaced and repainted. We had room 62 & 63 (2 rooms)and could not fault them other than having to get engineering to look at the airconditioner twice in room 63 as had no control for it and needed it cooler. Sister in law had room 58 and all was well until the airconditioner went on the blink, then was moved to room 54.
This has been my 6th stay at the hotel and although not a flashy hotel (is only 2 1/2* - 3*)staff are good and my thoughts are you get what you pay for. All I look for is airconditioning, bathroom and fridge that all work well and a comfortable bed. It's location is excellent for my needs and the pool, pool bar, resturant are all 24 hour.
