not knocking the staff they do there best and of course are lovely as most balinese are. The owner stopped happy hour... one bottle of anything and the staff are raked over the coals. we noticed there were many indonesians(not balinese) staying there, they treated the staff like crap were very rude smoked in non smoking areas etc...I could go on...we went on recomendations in december, but i would not go back there again. I feel sorry for the staff, again i would imagine when you were there it was great all round....
