Your painting sounds lovely. I recall looking at painting in a gallery that was huge a couple of years back, and it too was 25 million rupiah. It was just stunning, and a traditional piece of artwork. I would still love it for a feature on a wall in my house.
Like to hear more about your car purchasing and opening a bank account. Sounds like it wasnt a straight forward transaction, but then what is in Bali?
Also, am a Tutmak's fan, one of my favourite places in Ubud.
