Stayed there last October.
From the hotel to the beach would be about 20 - 30m across a road then down a private walkway.There's no real steep section to it or any part of the hotel, just short inclines to reach the rooms at the top which have the best views over the beach and the bay.
It's a great hotel. Only 6 rooms so you're not staying with a crowd. It's efficiently run by the owner Marcel and his wife. The breakfast that's included is nice and served in the restaurant which overlooks the pool and ocean.
I'd highly recommend it.
