mine were like that last year...jeweller here nearly had a fit. Advised me to cut them off (which she did very simply) and re sized.(Which you can do at Toko first in Bali Hai, have used them a number of times)
She explained that in the case of an accident, I could loose my finger.
My daughter also sprained her ring finer and it swelled up....and the hospital had to cut her ring off.
My advice would be don't delay.
